Als Customer & Partner Journey Manager eCommerce (w/m/div.) bist du verantwortlich für die kontinuierliche und partnerschaftliche Weiterentwicklung der Customer Journey von der ersten Awareness-Phase bis hin zur erfolgreichen Bestellung gemeinsam mit unseren Vertriebspartnern. Die Etablierung eines skalierbaren Standards für Prozesse, Systeme und digitale Touchpoints entlang der gesamten Reise unserer Vertriebspartner gehört zu deinen Kernaufgaben; dabei stellst du die weltweite und einheitliche Umsetzung dieses Standards sicher.
