What You'll Own The website, GEO, and the acquisition funnel, for the Career Professionals (individual, B2P) and Self Serve Employers (under 250 employees, under roughly $20,000 a year, no salesperson) segments specifically. Self-serve conversion, from first visit through signup, upgrade, and, eventually, the point where an account outgrows self-serve and hands off to the Assisted tier. The B2P and SMB messaging, in practice, not just in the shared Messaging Framework, this is the one seat that gets to see directly whether that messaging actually converts.
