Your Mission Cosuno is a B2B marketplace connecting general contractors and subcontractors across the construction industry. As our Senior Lifecycle & Retention Manager, you'll build the growth engine that turns new users into active, paying and retained customers — and move us toward an AI-native, signal-driven system that decides what happens next on its own. You'll be one of the first to join the marketing lead in a lean marketing team: you'll shape how it operates as it scales, not just execute inside a fixed setup. What you’ll do You build the CRM programmes and lifecycle journeys that drive adoption and conversion — from first tender discovery to paid conversion for subcontractors, and early product adoption to repeat tendering for construction companies.…
