Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für das gesamte Forderungsmanagement im Schadensbereich über alle Corporate Countries von SIXT hinweg. Als erfahrene Führungskraft leitest Du ein Team von ca. 15 Kolleg:innen an den Standorten Rostock und Berlin und sorgst für professionelle Prozesse, strategische Partnerschaften und nachhaltige Kundenbindung. Du steuerst Eskalationen, koordinierst externe Dienstleister und entwickelst Dein Team kontinuierlich weiter, mit klarem Fokus auf Lösungsorientierung und unternehmerisches Denken.
