Du willst Produkte nicht nur verwalten, sondern aktiv weiterentwickeln und die private Krankenversicherung von morgen mitgestalten? Als Produktmanager:in bei AXA verbindest du Marktverständnis, Regulatorik und Kundennutzen und bringst Ideen in die Umsetzung, die echten Mehrwert für Kund:innen und Vertrieb schaffen. Das erwartet dich Du analysierst den Markt, Wettbewerb und Trends in der PKV und leitest daraus konkrete Produktideen und -verbesserungen ab, die zu unserer Produkt- und Marktstrategie passen. Du steuerst Produkte über ihren gesamten Lebenszyklus hinweg: Konzeption, Business Case, Markteinführung und laufende Optimierungen. Du stimmst Kalkulations- und Leistungsaspekte mit Fachkolleg:innen ab und bringst rechtliche/regulatorische Anforderungen pragmatisch in die Umsetzung.…
