Spannende Gelegenheit für einen Projektleiter in der Immobilienwirtschaft mit Verantwortung für die komplette Projektorganisation und -steuerung von Bauvorhaben. Sie steuern Umbau, Instandsetzung und Modernisierung, begleiten Ausschreibung und Vergabe, koordinieren Nachunternehmerleistungen und übernehmen Qualität, Termine und Kosten. Erforderlich sind eine technische Ausbildung im Bauwesen, VOB-Kenntnisse sowie sehr gute Deutsch- und EDV-Kenntnisse.
