Position Wir suchen zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt in Vollzeit (40 h) eine*n Senior Manager*in Creation & Design (m/w/d) für unser Team Markenauftritt in der Direktion Kommunikation und Marke. Als Senior Manager*in Creation & Design übernimmst du die fachliche Verantwortung für anspruchsvolle Designprojekte, gibst Kolleg*innen kreatives Sparring und arbeitest eng mit der Teamleitung Markenauftritt sowie dem Brand Management zusammen. Dein Spielfeld Konzeption & Kreation: Komplexe Designprojekte eigenständig führen: Du verantwortest Projekte vom Briefing über die visuelle Leitidee bis zum Roll-out und behältst Qualität, Timing und Anwendbarkeit im Blick Markenstrategie visuell übersetzen: Du entwickelst Key Visuals, Bildkonzepte und modulare Designsysteme, die Narrative und Markenidentitäten…
