Role Purpose The Partner Manager, DACH builds and scales Omilia's ecosystem of system integrators, technology alliances, and CCaaS partners across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. This role is accountable for recruiting, enabling, and growing a network of partners who can source, influence, and deliver Conversational AI opportunities in the region. The role works closely with Sales, Marketing, and Solutions Consulting to turn partner relationships into a repeatable, revenue-generating channel for the DACH business. Accountabilities Own the strategy for recruiting and developing strategic partners across the DACH region. Build a partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline that meaningfully contributes to DACH revenue targets.…
