Tasks What you'll be doing Commercial Performance Take full ownership of your store's commercial performance, with accountability for sales, payroll, controllable costs and contribution. Trade the store daily and weekly: read the numbers, identify the opportunity, brief the team and act on it. Use conversion, ATV, AOV, UPT, footfall and sell-through data to drive decisions rather than describe outcomes. Build and manage the store rota to maximise the trading day, matching labour to footfall patterns within payroll budget. Set clear individual and team targets, and create a culture where the team understands and cares about the numbers.…
