Use conversion, ATV, AOV, UPT, footfall and sell-through data to drive decisions rather than describe outcomes. Build and manage the store rota to maximise the trading day, matching labour to footfall patterns within payroll budget. Set clear individual and team targets, and create a culture where the team understands and cares about the numbers.…
