Responsibilities Develop a clear vision and prioritized roadmap for the Claims area and drive product success as a key contributor — from First Notice of Loss (FNOL) through to payout. Shape the automation of the claims process: rule-based and AI-supported claims assessment, straight-through processing, and efficient workflows through to settlement and payout. Drive structured discovery processes and write precise requirements so that, together with Engineering & QA, we can ship quickly and with high quality. Actively integrate AI into your daily work to operate at a higher level, e.g. using structured prompts for rapid prototyping, automated pipelines for user feedback, or data-driven specifications.…
