Working as a Senior Growth Manager supporting Reddit’s International Community team, you will develop and execute initiatives that strengthen Reddit’s user and community ecosystems in the US and across international markets. This position is open to candidates based in the UK or the US - East Coast. This is not a marketing role. You will identify high-impact growth opportunities, design and execute experiments, and develop successful interventions into repeatable models that can be applied across markets.
