Deine Aufgaben Als Operations Manager:in übernimmst Du die operative Verantwortung für unsere Baustellen und stellst einen reibungslosen Ablauf im Tagesgeschäft sicher. Dabei führst Du Dein Team, koordinierst die Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen internen Fachbereichen und entwickelst bestehende Prozesse kontinuierlich weiter. Operative Steuerung und Koordination unserer Baustellen sowie Sicherstellung einer termingerechten und qualitativ hochwertigen Umsetzung Führung und Weiterentwicklung Deines operativen Teams Verantwortung für die Einsatzplanung, Priorisierung und Nachverfolgung laufender Baustellen Verantwortung für Controlling, Reporting sowie die Analyse relevanter Kennzahlen und Ableitung geeigneter Maßnahmen Sicherstellung eines strukturierten Anlernprozesses neuer Mitarbeitender…
