We are looking an HOTEL MANAGER for the Meliá Berlin hotel. Reporting to the DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS (DO) of the area based at Meliá Berlin, the role would be responsible for the planning, coordination, management, supervision and analysis of results from all Hotel Departments. Manage and inspire the high performance of hotel teams continuously evaluating and maintaining high service, quality and productive processes and workflow. Ensure the smooth implementation of the procedures and policies of Melia Hotels International in alignment with the strategic plans.
