Als Senior Solution Manager – Workforce Optimization & Compliance (m/w/d) verantwortest Du die strategische und fachliche Weiterentwicklung unserer Workforce-Management-Lö sungen. Du gestaltest zukunftsfähige, regelkonforme und effiziente Lösungen zur Einsatzplanung, Schichtoptimierung und Personalkostensteuerung und stellst deren Integration in HR-, ERP- und Access-Control-Systeme sicher. Du agierst als Domain Owner für Workforce innerhalb unseres Solution-Stacks und bildest die zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Produktmanagement, R&D, Legal, Sales und unseren Kunden.
