The Senior Manager Global HRIS Portfolio & Governance is responsible for ensuring the right initiatives are selected, prioritized, governed and delivered, ensuring the correct maintenance & development the capabilities of the existing Employee Master Data system. How will you contribute to the success of DHL? Maintain the Global HR Technology Portfolio and measuring the business value delivered. Develop & maintain the annual HR Systems Roadmap, balancing Corporate & Global initiatives with the business-driven demand. Monitor the team capacity and identify capacity constraints. Ensure dependencies between initiatives are understood. Own the demand intake process, ensuring any demand is aligned with the group & Express HR strategy.
