THE OPPORTUNITY We are hiring a Senior Enterprise Client Success Manager to join our Client Success team in London. Client Success at Wellhub plays a critical role in ensuring our largest and most strategic enterprise clients successfully adopt, scale, and extract measurable value from our wellbeing solutions. In this role, you will manage a portfolio of complex enterprise accounts, owning the post-sale relationship and driving client retention, engagement, and commercial outcomes. This is a hands-on, client-facing role suited for someone who is comfortable managing complexity, building strong stakeholder relationships, and working cross-functionally to deliver impact.
