Für unser Team suchen wir Sie als Teamleiter (m/w/d) Mechaniker in der Pharmaproduktion. In dieser Position sind Sie vor Ort und führen die Mechaniker (m/w/d) der eigenen Gruppe fachlich sowie disziplinarisch. Dies beinhaltet im Einzelnen: Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung der Mitarbeitenden: Teilnahme an Bewerbungsgesprächen sowie Durchführung von Mitarbeitergesprächen Regelmäßige vor Ort Kontrolle der Arbeitsergebnisse sowie Kontrolle der Gleitzeit- und Krankenstände Tägliche Organisation der Mitarbeitenden und der Routineabläufe in der Produktion (inkl. Dokumentation, Rüsten und Wartung) Mitarbeit bei den FATs, Qualifizierungen und Validierungen in Projekten, sowie Unterstützung bei sonstigen anfallenden Aufgaben mit Technik Wöchentliche Kontrolle der Wartungsdokumentation sowie…
