DEINE MISSION BEI UNS Als (Senior) Customer Success Manager (f/m/d) bist du verantwortlich für die ganzheitliche Betreuung deines Kundenportfolios – vom erfolgreichen Onboarding über nachhaltige Produktnutzung bis hin zu Retention, Vertragsverlängerungen und Wachstum. Dabei agierst du als Trusted Advisor für deine Kund:innen und sorgst mit datenbasierten Entscheidungen und kommerziellem Verständnis dafür, dass sie langfristig erfolgreich sind und gemeinsam mit plancraft wachsen. Deine Verantwortlichkeiten Du betreust ein eigenes Kundenportfolio über den gesamten Customer Lifecycle – von Onboarding und Onboarding und Adoption bis hin zu Retention und Expansion. Du führst Onboardingtermine durch und unterstützt Kund:innen dabei, schnell messbaren Mehrwert mit plancraft zu erzielen.…
