Wir sind ein eigenfinanziertes Scale-up für Wärmepumpen & Photovoltaik – ca. 40 Mitarbeiter, auf Wachstumskurs. Schnell von 5 auf 40 Mitarbeiter gewachsen, ohne Investorendruck. Aufgaben PROJEKTKOORDINATION - ca. 30 parallele Bauprojekte, von der Terminierung bis zur abschließenden Mängelklärung. KUNDENKOMMUNIKATION - Updates zu Terminen, Materiallieferungen und Bauverzögerungen.…
