THE ROLE & THE TEAM Our Transactions & Post-Order Experience team provides and optimizes the Cart, Checkout, Order management and Returns experiences; driving transactions and engagement. We enable partner teams with our platform services. We enable agentic shopping experiences. We discover, detect, assess and steer decisions for risks stemming from bad actors. We provide the product and platform for Gift Cards. As a Senior Principal Product Manager in the Zalando Transactions team, with a focus on post-purchase engagement, you will define the product vision for our post-purchase experience across Apps & Web, executing against that product vision by building new and improved experiences at scale for 52+ million customers in an area at the very core of Zalando’s value proposition.…
