Your role We are elevating our CRM setup from standard campaign execution to an autonomous, signal-driven CRM 3.0 framework. As our (Senior) CRM Manager (all genders), you will not just "run newsletters" - you will be the proactive driver of customer retention, lifetime value (LTV), and revenue in our core market. You will own the full DACH customer journey end-to-end: from hands-on omnichannel campaign operations (Email, Direct Mail, Push) to deep-dive cohort analytics, predictive segmentation, and leveraging AI/LLM tools to continuously automate manual workflows.
