Zur Unterstützung unseres Teams suchen wir erfahrende Transition Manager: Du verantwortest die Planung, Steuerung und erfolgreiche Umsetzung von Übergangsprojekten (Transitionen) im Managed Service-Umfeld für Neukunden oder im Rahmen von Service-Erweiterungen In enger Abstimmung mit Kunden und internen Fachbereichen entwickelst du Transitionspläne und setzt diese um Risiken identifizierst und steuerst du und entwickelst geeignete Maßnahmen zur Risikominimierung Du führst Statusmeetings durch und erstellst Berichte sowie Präsentationen für das interne Management und Kundenverantwortliche Angebots- und Presalesphasen unterstützt du durch Erstellung von Lösungsansätzen und Aufwandsschätzungen sowie durch die Durchführung von Kundenpräsentationen Dabei agierst du auch länderübergreifend, denn…
