About the Role Join a fast-growing, Y Combinator–backed AI startup in Munich as their first Customer Success Manager. This is a high-impact, foundational role at a seed-stage B2B SaaS company that automates quoting and order processing for distributors and manufacturers using AI — helping sales teams eliminate manual work and close more deals. You'll own the full post-sales customer journey and work closely with the Chief Product Officer, sales, and engineering teams to drive retention, expansion, and product adoption.
