Als Operations Manager (m/w/d) verantwortest du die operative Steuerung unserer Projekte von der Vertragsunterschrift bis zum Projektabschluss. Du bringst unsere Kund:innen strukturiert, effizient und profitabel durch die gesamte Projektphase und stellst sicher, dass alle internen Teams entlang des Prozesses synchron arbeiten. Du arbeitest KPI-getrieben, greifst proaktiv ein und lässt kein Projekt liegen. Deine Aufgaben Du steuerst Projekte aktiv von Unterschrift bis Abschluss mit dem Ziel, die Cycle Time konsequent zu reduzieren Du greifst proaktiv ein, sobald Zeit-KPIs überschritten werden oder Risiken für Durchlaufzeit, Profitabilität oder Kundenzufriedenheit entstehen Du gewährleistest, dass Projekte vollständig, baubar und jederzeit korrekt im System abgebildet sind und kein Projekt…
