Als Teamleitung trägst du Verantwortung für einen guten Zusammenhalt des Teams, dabei übernimmst du die Einweisung neuer Reinigungskräfte und sorgst für ein motivierendes Miteinander. Auch bei der Objektreinigung gehst du mit gutem Beispiel voran. Arbeitszeit: Montag bis Freitag, 06:00–10:00 Uhr (20 Std./Woche) Qualitätskontrolle: Sicherstellung unserer hohen Reinigungsstandards in den betreuten Objekten. Teamleitung: Anleitung und Unterstützung des Reinigungspersonals bei ihren täglichen Aufgaben. Kundenbetreuung: Entgegennahme und Bearbeitung von Kundenreklamationen zur Gewährleistung der Kundenzufriedenheit. Digitale Arbeitsorganisation: Nutzung von iPad oder Diensthandy zur Dokumentation und Optimierung der Arbeitsabläufe.…
