Du baust Beziehungen bis auf Entscheider-Ebene auf und wirst zum vertrauten Ansprechpartner, den ein Kunde anruft, bevor es brennt. Du überzeugst die Menschen, auf die es im Hotel ankommt — allen voran General Manager und Sales: Du übersetzt, was unsere Plattform leistet, in die Zahlen, die zählen — Auslastung, Konversion, GOP. Du bist die Eskalationsinstanz für kritische Situationen bei Top-Accounts: ruhig, strukturiert, lösungsorientiert.
