Service Channel Manager (m/f/d) Job Location: Düsseldorf, Germany Main Responsibilities: Relationship Building: Establish and develop relationships with key channel partners, supporting both internal and external communication. Distribution Management: Manage partner certification, target breakdown, performance checks, BP reviews, rebate follow-up, and PSI data management. Performance Monitoring: Track and communicate performance and rebate-related results. Regularly monitor and analyze data reports, conduct root cause analyses, and identify solutions to resolve issues. Partner Development: Lead and coordinate company resources to achieve strategic alignment with partners, including the organization of training sessions and coordination of marketing events.…
