Ihre Verantwortung Steuerung und Durchführung von Maßnahmen zur Sanierung von Gebäudeschäden (Leitungswasser-, Sturm- und Brandschäden) und / oder Großprojekten der Immobilienwirtschaft; Größenordnung: ab 50.000 € Dienstleistermanagement, insbesondere Vertragsverhandlungen, Qualitätssicherung sowie direkte Steuerung und Beurteilung der Dienstleister Angebots- sowie Rechnungsprüfung und Forderungsprüfung Pflege der Kundenbeziehungen & Betreuung der Kundinnen und Kunden vor und während der Bauzeit Bearbeitung eingehender Reklamationen; Projektcontrolling Durchführung von Schadenaufnahmen, Stichproben…
