Sie sind erster Ansprechpartner für unsere Kunden im Team Airport hinsichtlich aller technischen und serviceorientierten Belange am Standort Schwaig. Sie analysieren unsere Serviceverträge hinsichtlich vorgegebener KPIs und nutzen dabei vom Key Account vorgegebene und hauseigene Tools. Sie koordinieren und überwachen unsere Serviceaktivitäten und planen und steuern die einzusetzenden Ressourcen. Darüber hinaus entwickeln und implementieren Sie auf die Key Accounts zugeschnittene Service Level Agreements und prüfen kontinuierlich die Einhaltung des vertraglich geschuldeten Leistungssolls. Sie organisieren und dokumentieren interne und externe Service Review Meetings und beraten die Key Accounts hinsichtlich neuer Services und Lösungen.…
