Job Description: Über den Bereich In der Privatkundenbank der Deutschen Bank verantwortet der Bereich „Front-to-back Prozessoptimierung “ als Teil der Transformationsorganisation die globale Weiterentwicklung unserer Kunden- und Serviceprozesse. Im Mittelpunkt steht die Nutzung von künstlicher Intelligenz, Robotics und digitalen STP-Prozessen. Ziel ist die Verbesserung des Kundenerlebnisses durch neue Kundenschnittstellen und „customer-self-services“ sowie optimierte Prozesszeiten und eine deutliche Ausweitung der STP-Quote sowie nicht zuletzt die Realisierung von Effizienzvorteilen in Back-office und Vertrieb. Dem Bereich gehören 40 Mitarbeitende an, zum Großteil in Deutschland, aber auch in unserem near-shoring Standort in Bukarest.…
