Reporting to the Vice President Global Employee Relations, the Senior Manager, Employee Relations Global contributes to the management of employee relations (ER) matters at a global level as part of the Global Employee Relations team. How will you contribute to the success of DHL? Proactively contribute to the development of short-term and medium-term Employee Relations and Human Rights strategies for DHL Express in global context. Explore and design initiatives to further embed respect for human rights within the business. Support the internal Human Rights case management process.
