About the job In this role you are accountable for the end-to-end delivery of multi-site R&D and Industrialization projects such as studies, cost reduction initiatives, transfers and complex New Product Introductions (NPIs). You engage directly with multiple functions across Nexperia and regularly interfaces with senior management and executive-level stakeholders.
