POSITION SUMMARY The Performance Manager plays a critical role in driving financial, operational, and compliance performance across multiple regions. This role partners closely with regional and EMEA leadership to ensure alignment with strategic goals, foster continuous improvement, and deliver actionable insights through robust governance and analytics. RESPONSIBILITIES Financial & Operational Performance Lead collaboration with regional leaders to identify, track, and accelerate Variable Contribution Margin (VCM) improvements.
