‎ Als Senior Projektmanager (m/w/d) im Bereich Process & Operations (P&O) übernimmst du eine Schlüsselrolle bei der Entwicklung, Steuerung und Umsetzung anspruchsvoller Lagerlogistiklösungen. In komplexen Neukundenprojekten leitest du den P&O‑Workstream und arbeitest eng mit internen Schnittstellen zusammen – insbesondere mit dem Kunden sowie dem IT‑Team. Dabei stellst du eine koordinierte, effiziente Zusammenarbeit über beide Bereiche hinweg sicher. Neben deiner Projektverantwortung entwickelst du unsere operativen Standards und unseren methodischen Werkzeugkasten weiter. Zudem übernimmst du eine projektübergreifende Coaching‑Rolle und trägst dazu bei, die Qualifizierungs‑ und Kompetenzlevels innerhalb der Organisation stetig zu erhöhen.…
