Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für komplexe IT- und Digitalisierungsprojekte im Gesundheitswesen – mit Fokus auf die elektronische Patientenakte (ePA) und mobile Anwendungen, und steuerst diese über den gesamten Projektzyklus hinweg. Du baust interdisziplinäre Projektteams auf, führst diese durch alle Projektphasen und förderst gezielt die fachliche Weiterentwicklung der Mitarbeitenden. Du steuerst Anforderungen, Meilensteine und Budgets strukturiert, setzt klare Prioritäten und sorgst durch regelmäßiges Reporting für Transparenz über Fortschritte und Risiken. Du arbeitest eng mit Fachbereichen, IT und externen Partnern zusammen, moderierst Workshops und begleitest Entscheidungsprozesse auf Managementebene.…
