Als zentraler Ansprechpartner verantworten Sie die technische, qualitative und termingerechte Ausführung komplexer Projekte in der Sicherheitstechnik mit Stark- und Schwachstromanteilen. Sie analysieren den beauftragten Leistungsumfang, planen die erforderlichen Personal- und Materialbedarfe und stellen so die wirtschaftliche sowie normgerechte Abwicklung der Bauvorhaben sicher. Sie erstellen und verfolgen Terminpläne, unter anderem mit MS Project, und übernehmen das aktive Projektcontrolling sowie ein gewissenhaftes Nachtragsmanagement. Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören die Planung und Koordination der Personalkapazitäten, die Teilnahme an Baubesprechungen sowie deren strukturierte Protokollierung.…
