The Role For our German organization, we are looking for an Industrial Relations Manager Germany to lead and coordinate our industrial relations agenda while partnering closely with business leaders, plant management and local HR teams across our manufacturing footprint. This is a highly visible role that combines industrial relations expertise with broader organizational and people leadership responsibilities in a multi-site industrial environment. Key Responsibilities Lead and coordinate industrial relations activities across Prysmian Germany, maintaining constructive and trust-based relationships with Works Councils and employee representatives. Prepare and support negotiations, consultation processes and Works Agreements, ensuring legally sound and business-oriented solutions.…
