Als SLT (Service Leiter Team) sind Sie maßgeblich für die Entwicklung und Implementierung der regionalen Service-Strategie (z.B. regionaler Ressourcenmix, regionales Partner-Management) verantwortlich. Sie leiten die Gruppenleiter im Service, SDMs in einem Ihnen anvertrauten Gebiet, wirken bei der Personalplanung gem. TBP mit und tragen maßgeblich dazu bei, unsere wirtschaftlichen Zielvorgaben nachhaltig zu erreichen und den Erfolg Ihres Bereichs voranzutreiben.
