In dieser Rolle als R&D Operations Manager:in unterstützt du die effiziente und transparente Steuerung unserer R&D-Aktivitäten. In enger Zusammenarbeit mit der dem R&D Team trägst du dazu bei, operative Abläufe zu strukturieren, zu koordinieren und kontinuierlich weiterzuentwickeln. Du fungierst als zentrale Schnittstelle für R&D‑Prozesse, Tools sowie die interne Kommunikation. Dabei unterstützt du bei der Organisation von Workshops, erstellst Präsentationen zu R&D-Inhalten und bringst dich im R&D Controlling sowie bei Trendanalysen ein. Zudem trägst du durch strukturierte Dokumentation und Aufbereitung von Informationen dazu bei, dass R&D‑Projekte reibungslos umgesetzt werden und Prozesse effizient ineinandergreifen.…
