Ihr Dienstsitz befindet sich in unseren Meliá Hotel Frankfurt City und Sie berichten innerhalb unserer Matrixorganisation direkt an den Director of Operations für die Region Süd sowie fachlich an die HR Partnerin EMEA. Ihre Aufgaben Sie übernehmen die ganzheitliche HR-Verantwortung für fünf Hotels in Süddeutschland (drei Hotels in Frankfurt und zwei Hotels in München) mit rund 280 Mitarbeitenden und agieren als zentraler HR-Ansprechpartner für den Director of Operations Region Süd.…
