Deine Aufgaben beinhalten insbesondere: 1. Projektbegleitung • Gestaltung, Verhandlung und Prüfung von Verträgen in allen Wind-, Solar-, BESS- und Hybridprojekten (Grundstückskauf- oder Pachtverträge, Dienstleistungsverträge, EPC-Verträge, Kooperationsverträge) mit Grundstückseigentümern, Behörden, Projektpartnern und Dienstleistern. 2. Genehmigungs- & Verwaltungsrecht • Prüfung und rechtliche Begleitung von Bau- und immissionsschutzrechtlichen Genehmigungsverfahren von Wind-, Solar- oder BESS-Projekten. • Beratung zu EEG, EnWG, BauGB, BImSchG und weiteren relevanten Gesetzen.…
