Deine Aufgaben Als Teammitglied unserer Immobilienwirtschaftsrechts-Praxis in Berlin, Frankfurt/Main, Hamburg, München oder Stuttgart, berätst du nationale und internationale Investoren zu immobilienrechtlichen Fragestellungen. Dabei übernimmst du vielfältige Aufgaben: Rechtliche Begleitung von Immobilientransaktionen in allen Assetklassen, insbesondere Wohnen, Büro, Einzelhandel, Hospitality und Logistik inklusive der Erstellung der gesamten Transaktionsdokumentation Umfassende Unterstützung der Mandant:innen im Rahmen der Immobilientransaktion und enger Kontakt und Austausch mit dem multidisziplinären Team von EY (Tax, Tech, Financial, etc.) Rechtliche Begleitung und Beratung von großvolumigen Miet- und Betreiberverträgen, insbesondere auch im Hospitality Bereich Umfassende rechtliche…
