Deine Aufgaben Als Teammitglied unserer Corporate/M&A-Praxis in Düsseldorf oder Köln berätst du unsere Mandant:innen in allen Fragen zu Umstrukturierungen sowie Unternehmenskäufen und -verkäufen.
