We are on the lookout for a Senior Legal Counsel, Employment Law & Employee Relations (Individual and Collective Labour Law) to join the Employment Law & Employee Relations Team on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences. Advise HR Business Partners, People Operations, and leadership on all matters of individual and collective employment law in Germany, including employment contracts, disciplinary processes, terminations, performance management, compensation, and working time matters, as well as works agreements and co-determination with our Berlin Works Council and the European SE Works Council. Provide hands-on support in day-to-day legal issues affecting employees, managers, and the People team with a strong focus on solutions, compliance, and consistency across cases.…
