Deine Aufgaben Als Teil unseres Legal-Teams in Stuttgart, Hamburg, München und Eschborn begleitest du alle Service Lines in rechtlichen Fragen rund um unsere Kund:innen. In unserem Team wirst du vielfältige Aufgaben übernehmen, darunter: Du gestaltest, prüfst und verhandelst Verträge, die EY im Tagesgeschäft nutzt, darunter Mandatsvereinbarungen, Vereinbarungen zum Informationsaustausch, Vertraulichkeitsvereinbarungen, globale Rahmenverträge sowie Einkaufsverträge für Waren und Dienstleistungen. Du berätst rechtlich bei der Gestaltung und Verhandlung von Verträgen in einem internationalen und grenzüberschreitenden Umfeld. Du analysierst und beantwortest komplexe zivil-, wirtschafts- und berufsrechtliche Fragen, insbesondere in der Wirtschaftsprüfung, Steuerberatung und Rechtsberatung.…
