Legal Counsel (m/f/d) Job Location: Düsseldorf, Germany Main Responsibilities: Advise on legislative frameworks and the commercial impact of legislative changes in the telecommunications and ICT industry. Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of operational and commercial agreements in the ICT/Telco sector, including finance-related agreements. Draft official documents, policies, and awareness materials. Ensure business compliance with external regulations and internal policies. Provide legal assessments and opinions during the Company's daily operational activities. Work closely with different legal and business stakeholders across Europe. Support legal and compliance-related matters for Huawei in Europe.…
