What you’ll do Nomos operates in a heavily regulated industry and we take that responsibility seriously. You will build and lead our legal function as we develop new products, enter partnerships, and grow the company. Lead negotiations and own our contracts with partners, grid operators, and service providers. Own regulatory compliance and consumer protection, anticipating changes that affect our products and plans. Manage legal work across financing rounds, employment, and technology, coordinating specialist counsel where needed. Exciting challenges Build the function from scratch. Decide which work to bring in-house, where we need external counsel, and what we can standardise or automate. Build the contracts and processes we will rely on as Nomos grows.…
