Zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt suchen wir einen Legal Manager (m/w/d) für unsere Region Central Europe mit Dienstsitz in unserem Corportate Office in Ratingen. Die Stelle kann in Voll- oder Teilzeit (mind. 80%) besetzt werden. Ihre Aufgaben: Sie vertreten und handeln für den Konzern in allen rechtlichen Angelegenheiten, auch bei Gericht und der öffentlichen Verwaltung. Sie beraten und unterstützen den Geschäftsbetrieb der Hotels und des Konzernstandorts Deutschland, einschließlich der Pflege der Rechtsbeziehungen zu Investoren bzw. Hoteleigentümern. Sie sind erster Ansprechpartner für die rechtlichen Fragestellungen aller Geschäftsbereiche des Konzernstandorts sowie der Hotels (bspw. Miet-/Pachtrecht).…
