Deine Aufgaben Als Teammitglied unserer Insolvenzrechts-Praxis in Köln und Düsseldorf berätst du unsere Mandant:innen zu allen insolvenzrechtlichen Fragestellungen sowie zu Umstrukturierungen. Dabei übernimmst du vielfältige Aufgaben: Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Kolleg:innen aus den Bereichen Restrukturierung, Transactions, Tax und Strategy bei der Entwicklung und Umsetzung praxisnaher Sanierungs- und Restrukturierungslösungen, insbesondere in Eigenverwaltungs- und Insolvenzplanverfahren Insolvenzrechtliche Begleitung von Distressed-M&A-Transaktionen, insbesondere bei Unternehmenskäufen aus der Krise oder aus Insolvenzverfahren Eigenständige Bearbeitung und Bewertung anspruchsvoller insolvenzrechtlicher Fragestellungen, insbesondere zu Anfechtungsrisiken, Organpflichten, Vertragsfortführung,…
